v1.2 Release Notes

This release introduces two important updates designed to make Arkios Enterprise more collaborative and easier to use in day-to-day work.

  • Artifact Edit lets you update generated artifacts directly instead of starting over.
  • Group Chats let teams work with AI together in a shared conversation.

These changes are built to help teams move faster from draft to decision.

Artifact Edit

You can now edit artifacts after they are created.

This is useful when an artifact is already close to what you need, but still needs a few refinements before it is ready to share. Instead of regenerating the full output, you can update the existing artifact and keep improving the same file.

Common examples include:

  • Refining slide copy in a presentation
  • Adjusting a report before sharing it with stakeholders
  • Updating messaging, structure, or wording in a generated document

This makes artifacts much more practical for real team workflows because the first version no longer has to be the final version.

Group Chats

Group Chats let multiple team members collaborate in one shared AI conversation.

Instead of working in separate one-on-one chats, teams can discuss the same topic together, share context, review responses as a group, and keep everyone aligned in one place.

Group Chats are especially useful for:

  • Cross-functional planning
  • Shared research and analysis
  • Internal review cycles
  • Team coordination around ongoing work

This helps teams turn AI into a collaborative workspace, not just an individual assistant.

What This Means for Your Team

With v1.2, Arkios Enterprise supports a more complete working flow:

  • Generate an artifact
  • Edit it directly when changes are needed
  • Review and discuss work in a shared team conversation

Together, these updates make it easier to create, refine, and align on work without leaving the platform.

Looking Ahead

This release continues our focus on making Arkios Enterprise more useful for real teams, not just individual prompts. We will keep improving collaboration, review, and workflow support in upcoming releases.
