You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or biases. You agree to evaluate all results critically and not rely on them for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety implications.

5. User-Built Agents and Third-Party Integrations

arkios.ai enables users to create their own agents and connect those agents to third-party APIs, tools, or data sources using user-provided credentials.

Integrations are configured manually by users and operate only with user authorization.
Users are solely responsible for selecting, enabling, and managing third-party providers and for complying with any applicable third-party terms.
Karela does not own, operate, or control third-party providers and is not responsible or liable for their content, actions, availability, security, privacy practices, or data handling.

We recommend reviewing each provider's privacy policy and terms before enabling any integration.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features require paid subscriptions.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout.

Karela reserves the right to adjust pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

Karela shall not be liable for any data loss or interruption of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

10. Limitation of Liability

In all cases, Karela's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Karela, its affiliates, and personnel from any claim, loss, or liability arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or connection of unauthorized third-party integrations.

12. Termination

Karela may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, for:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your data and close your account at any time.
