User Management

User Management helps your organization control who can access Arkios and what level of privilege each member has.

Access note: These pages are restricted to Owner and Admin roles.

Seat Management

Seat Management is used to onboard new members to the Arkios platform and track seat allocation.

Open Seat Management at the Seat Management page.

From this page, admins and owners can:

  • Invite new members
  • Track seat usage (total, active, invited, available)
  • Review upcoming billing date and estimated amount

Enterprise seat management

Role Management

Role Management is where admins and owners control member permissions.

Open Member Management at the Member Management page.

From this page, admins and owners can:

  • Assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer)
  • Upgrade or downgrade member privileges
  • Remove members from the organization
